PUT A LITTLE LOVE IN YOUR MOUTH - THE SONGS OF AMANDA GREEN
The second generation is with us! Amanda, daughter of Phyllis Newman and Adolph Green proves that creative genes are indeed passed on. She is a lyricist of considerable talent and her songs range from Broadway to jazz to latino to country and back again. The majority are very funny, but the lady has a more serious side as well, allowing the listener to identify with her times of angst as well as laughing at her various takes on life. On the CD is a wealth of composing talent and an equally rich assortment of vocal talent, this being a complete showcase of Amanda's played before an audience who roar their approval.
Apart from collectors, this is a useful CD for singers looking for new material.
